What are your business hours?

Weinhardt Party Rentals event staff is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1p.m. Our 24-hour emergency line is available for clients as necessary. For more information, please call us at 314-822-9000.

Where are you located?

Weinhardt Party Rentals has 2 convenient locations to serve you:

Our Des Peres location is located at 11601 Manchester Road, Des Peres MO 63131. It is approx. 1 1/2 miles east of Interstate 270, between Bopp and Geyer Road.

Our Hampton location is located at 5901 Elizabeth Avenue, St Louis MO 63110. It is 2 blocks south of Interstate 44, between Columbia and Wilson Avenue off Hampton Avenue.

How is payment accepted?

Weinhardt Party Rentals accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. No personal checks are accepted. Delivery orders are required to be paid 48 hours prior to your delivery date, unless prior arrangements have been made. Payment upon delivery is available when being delivered to your main mailing address.

What are your payment terms?

All orders are COD unless prior arrangements have been made. We also require a rental deposit and valid state identification for all rental items. The deposit is based on the value of the equipment being rented, and must be in the form of tender listed above.

Is there a minimum order to have my rentals delivered?

In order to maintain our low prices, Weinhardt's does require a minimum rental for event orders that need to be delivered. Delivery rates and minimums requirement are based on the zip code of the delivery location.

If your rental needs do not meet the minimum order requirement, delivery and pickup services are still available. Customers are also welcome to pick up their orders from one of our facilities. Same-day delivery and pickup is also available. Please call us with any questions at 314-822-9000.

How long can I keep my rental equipment?

All rentals are based on a one day use. Rentals may be picked up the day prior and returned the day after at no additional charge. For weekend events, we offer Friday to Monday as a 1 day rental. Extended rental periods are available. Please call us for more information.

Do I need to  wash any of the rentals before I return them?

All china, glassware, and flatware must be either rinsed or wiped clean or a cleaning surcharge may apply. Please do not put silver or gold plate items in the dishwasher as it may damage the  plating. We will launder the linen for you and we will also provide a green mesh bag to help protect linens when returning. You are responsible for any stains or damages to linen. Please take care to shake any excess food and debris prior to returning. Please do not put linens in trash bags as they can mildew.

How far in advance should I place my order?

To ensure equipment availability, we recommend that you place your order as soon as you have an event date and an approximate number of guests. Orders should be placed a minimum of two business days in advance of delivery or pickup. Tent rentals must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to your event.

What type of linens do you have?

Weinhardt's offers an extensive selection of beautiful solid colors and exquisite patterns in a variety of textures and sizes. We have several collections available including our Traditional Collection, Specialty Collection, Lamour Collection, and our exclusive Luxury Collection. All of our linens are in stock! No more worrying about mail order and out of town companies.  We also offer chair covers and sashes are in a variety of colors.

Do you help plan events?

Weinhardt Party Rentals offers party planning services to help you organize your next event. We can assist with small birthday parties to elaborate gala events. Party planning fees vary depending on your special event. Do you help setup rentals?

 We are pleased to offer assistance with the setup of Weinhardt equipment for your special event. Rates for setup service are based on the type of equipment. Weinhardt Party Rentals offers assistance with the setup and takedown of the following types of equipment:

    Tables, Chairs, Linen Tablecloths, Linen Table Skirts

 Please contact our event staff with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Labor for the setup and takedown of tents, staging, pipe and drape, and dance floors is included in our already low prices. Custom setup and takedown requirements are available for an additional cost.
